:D I used to use a similar line on my old boss. He'd ask me a question that would require looking the answer up. I would respond with "If only we had access to a global network of information at our fingertips.... "
They sure like to double down whenever they add a horrible system like the magazines and perk books to the game.
That would be nice.

Im sick n tired of them changing progression over n over
Just let them stick to one
I hope they eventually re-think this asinine learn by reading system because I'm sick of finding magazines over and over and over.
Open a cupboard in a garage - cooking magazine.
Open a cupboard in an office - cooking magazine.
Open a cupboard in a bathroom that's in a bar - cooking magazine.
Open a cupboard in a hardware store - cooking magazine.
Open a cupboard in a military barracks - cooking magazine.
Open a cupboard in the showroom of a car dealership - cooking magazine.
Open a cupboard in a hospital room - cooking magazine.
Boooooring.
End of POI loot room has 2 to 4 crates? Guess what's in them? Magazines.
Loot a few vehicles? Magazines.
Loot a cement mixer? Magazine. In a cement mixer. Nonsense... utter nonsense.
Finish a mission for the trader? Guess what's usually the best choice reward item if it's offered? A bundle of magazines.
Find an air drop? Guess what you're hoping to find, and quite likely to find? A bundle with magazines.
Looting has become an exercise in finding magazines over almost anything else because if you find the right magazines you can craft pretty much everything you need.
Sometimes I'll run a low tier POI and come out with 5 or more cooking magazines. Looting has become extremely repetitive and dull ever since they changed to the learn by reading system because the main things you're looking for are magazines and books and you find them EVERYWHERE. Can't find a normal knife even if I search 30 kitchens because they don't exist in the game - but they should, can't find a pair of pants or a shirt even if I search 30 bedrooms and a clothing store or two, can't find a frickin' claw hammer anywhere and every home has at least one of two of those somewhere, pots and pans and cooking grills should be abundant but they're fairly rare in the early game, but I can find hundreds if not thousands of magazines...
No, it is not the "same system" they have had since "the beginning" and no, that's not the "only change."
