On horde night, though, you're sitting there the whole time keeping the bags loaded.
I feel you, Bugging me aswell (playing mostly on a 2h real time cycle)
best thing you can do is build a set up that closes the entrance for zombies and loot quick, dump it in a drop chest then open the entrance and fight on. Rince and repeat about every 10-15 min realtime.
Same reason we no longer have lootable zombie corpes or gore blocks that zombies could climb over your fences with.
This whole game was ambitious from the start and I can only imagine what it would look like if unlimited CPU resources were available.
If anything put them on a 10 minute timer so everything is gone by morning unless you take a risk and get down there and grab the loot!
Changes duration from the crappy 5mins to a more healthy 30mins.
If you want longer then manually edit the addon's entityclasses.xml
Replace the 1800 in [@name='TimeStayAfterDeath']/@value">1800</set> with whatever you want.
Remember that the time is in seconds, so 1800 seconds = 30 minutes.
So setting it to 3600 would be 1 real-time hour.
