If you want tilling the ground, feeding the crops water with a rain barrel, that mod has it. And fruit trees,
Many of us play Vanilla, no mods but it's cool people want to support the game. People grow starter greens in their basements for profit IRL so farming underground should be totally possible in Vanilla.
I know right
Dirt is not just dirt, plus any dirt I dig in the game is actually clay, lel.
Just assume that the soil is stripped and needs to be revitalized, which is why you need the rotten meat and potassium nitrate.
ps, the HawianShirt tourist zombie was modeled after me. :D
Problem solved you can move on with your game now.
No need to thank me.
Lol you just gave 100 people an idea for a new mod :P
I liked the old crop style better since it was a bit more "realistic", but the plots can be added seamlessly to builds (assuming you're not trying to use them structurally) for a clean look.

If you don't like the planterbox look, just dig one block down into leveled dirt and stick them in there ... at least then they'll mostly look like a flat field.
I dunno...I sorta get missing the old methods but at the same time I don't have an issue with the new one, either. I never played any versions where water was actually required - being able to build a sprinkler system that gave bonuses to the crops in some way might be cool, something like that.
