are expansions worth it? and little brief of overall game review is welcomed

i was thinking about getting this game but saw those two expansions in dlc content are they worth it or base game should be enough?

Depend on your wallet, but speaking about the 2 dlc rising tide seems to be the more interesting there but yeah they are very optionnal tho since base game got pretty much all you need already.
