I don't have a file like that, nor do I want to be given one (there was a thread with the same request earlier; there should be a 100% file ... if it wasn't deleted)
But for all the people that will complain here about this being wrong and being cheating, hacking, abusing, exploiting, or any other wrong term you may use: Why should a complete game be less fun than an incomplete one? Especially when you can still achieve things for yourself and do not need the games (or Steams) recognition for it.

Some people want the feeling of having everything unlocked from the start. I think that people who played a ton of the original BOI are the ones who're most likely to do this.

its kinda like a rehashed version of Vanillia imo opinion with new items, added new features and better graphic but thats all it is
i just want one where i canplay all challenges through

Oh hey I bought a game where you play to unlock that, but I am too lazy/unskilled to unlock it all...so someone...please give me a 100% unlocked save file as you actually put the effort into it, and I don't want to put the effort it.

Please...why did you even buy the game in the first place? Gamers like you are the reason dataminers exist. They want EVERYTHING from a game right off the bat because they are too lazy or just too rubbish at the game to do it the proper way.

What is wrong with gamers nowadays...

The stupidity in this thread... he can do what he wants guys, if he doesn't want to grind through unlocks then he doesn't want to, it's not cheating. He bought the game, he can play it how he likes.
Either way, I don't know, there probably is one hanging around somewhere but I wouldn't know where.

I have to disagree, there is a lot of fun in actually playing the game while having everything unlocked. You can even argue that that is when the actual game starts, so people might not want to wait until they can have their fun. This is something that goes back as far as there are save files, people have always been sharing them in some way (although some special equipment was needed for consoles).

As I stated, it's people like the OP as to why we have dataminers who want 100% content from day one.

You can categorize people who want the save file...

A) The people who are terrible at the game and can't even get past Mom.

B) The people who buy the game knowing full well you need TIME to play it, then they complain about not having the time or patience to play it

Seriously, been trying to get every item so that I can play the "actual" game, it's extremely tedious, many other people feel the same way, while I wouldn't personally download another person's save, I would probably enjoy the game more if I did.

I'd suggest you stop assuming peoples intentions.

That's the whole point of actually playing the game. Such as you are rewarded with Real Platinum God if you actually put the effort into playing the game. Kind of defects the purpose of unlocks etc if you get them right from the get go.

"What's that you say, you put effort into unlocking stuff...well I didn't because I just used a saved file or cheat engine".

This is why I tend to hate people who can't be bothered to put the effort in. It's like writing an essay for a piece of school work..."What's that you say, you researched and came up with original ideas...not me I just copied and pasted someone else's hard work"

come on man, i played 11 hours of the original BOI and now im completely loving Rebirth it was hard at first but im getting better being able to defeat mums hearty after 56 hours and unlocking all the new items don't be a cheat!

Woah, dude, check your privilege. Who are you to determine how a game is supposed to be played. The usual way is the way you have fun with. Really, you are saying that Isaac loses some of its value, as soon as you have unlocked everything.
And you don't even know the reason, you just assume. Maybe OP hates roguelites, but loves roguelikes - then this here would be the only non-cheating way to get the gaming experience OP would want to have with Isaac.
And I'll probably lay down Isaac as soon as I have 100%. Then I'll have played ~100 hours. If I had everything from the get-go, I wouldn't be so exhausted from all the Lost runs and could have just played and enjoyed more of the actual game.
