No. No. he should get coin containers when he gets hp or make the dwd free.

I would agree for not recieving penalty when taking hit for more chance devil/angel room to appear, now getting to mega satan with him is way too harder than with lost

Exactly if you dont get items like: shopkeepers head,piggy bank,sack of pennies he is basically useless.

Dr Fetus + Glitter bombs is a nice combo, too. Still a bit risky, but getting coins from glitter bombs saved my ass on Hush and Mega Satan. :D
