Unable to import saves

"Save import failed" with no further detail.

Original saves are here as I have Steam Cloud disabled:
C:\Users\XXXXX\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Rebirth

Tried dragging the persistentgamedata files over (figured there's probably more to it, but worth a shot) -- no such luck.
C:\Users\XXXXX\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth

I've played with the Balls of Steel mod in the past but the files for it are currently not active. It is just a vanilla install of Isaac.


EDIT: I've noticed in the log.txt file the slashes change direction/face the wrong way...is it possible it can't find the right location because of this? >_> See below copy/paste from log:

Edited options.ini in the Afterbirth folder to disable SteamCloud like I had done in the original.
