The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth

dlc/end game bosses have too much hp?
do you really need a god seed just to kill them? low key lame. i was fighting the white guy boss after hush and going from tank to a tank with spam damage low key boring.

no way this is what the rest of the game will be right?

Delirium (the "white boss" you refer to) is the only boss with that feeling in my opinion.
Mostly because it's the only end boss with such an unpredictable teleportation effect combined with such attack patterns.

just beat it with some random worm effect that shot in random areas and had massive range. it seems the only way to beat this boss is with a build that high dam and also long aoe attacks other than that i see no other way to dodge and do dam at the same time. i used laser before on 1st try and it legit did nothing to him since you teliports around but my random worm effect build attacked everywhere and tickled him pretty easy while i hid in a corner in a way

They added a damage limit to the bosses so they would last longer

Delirium to most people is the worst boss in the game and one of the hardest due to the sheer ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but I wouldn't let that single boss ruin your expectations of the rest of the bosses (endgame). There's a lot of really cool build potentials you unlock and bosses to fight that are SO MUCH BETTER than that crap. look forward my friend :)

A lot of the end game bosses and some common enemies actually have armor, which puts a cap on the amount of maximum damage you can deal to them every 4 seconds, with the intention of making sure the fight always drags out for a minimum amount of time. Most of the other bosses with big armor values (Hush, Mega Satan, and the Beast,) are completely fine. They're pretty much stationary targets with given attack patterns that play more like endurance fights. (Hush's eye lasers are kind of unfair depending on your build, but they don't always happen.)

Delirium is a different beast, and is widely considered to be the worst boss in the game.
It's able to move around the room fast, making it harder to deal consistent damage on. It's ability to teleport around can make it hit you unreactably, especially with mom's foot.
It's tied for having the most HP of any boss in the game (though, it has different armor values depending on the form it's in.)
It can just randomly decide to spawn two to three versions of itself at once (usually because of bosses like brownie that normally spawn dangle when it dies.) And as if all of that wasn't enough, if you deal damage to it too quickly, it just massively speeds up and teleports more rapidly to screw you over.
