Windows Defender flagging isaac-ng.exe

Been playing all week went to load up today and windows defender flagged it as a threat then quarantined it, saying hacktool:win32/crack. Is this just defender flagging something it shouldnt??

I had this. I restarted my computer and the problem was solved.

I restarted my pc and windows defender found a threat : Trojan:Script/Wacatac.B!ml
Don't know what is going on, but should I be worried? :D

It happend to me too. I was playing and sudenly the game closed and this virus threat appearded

to com o mesmo problema fui jogar e o windows fala que esta com virus
