Some achievements not unlocking

I am going for a full achievement unlock in TBOI: Afterbirth+ and I am having trouble unlocking some of the achievements.

These are the ones in particular:

Secret 59 - Donate 900 pennies to the donation machine
Secret 64 - Play the shell game 100 times
Secret 138 - Donate 999 pennies to the donation machine
Secret 147 - Use the blood donation machine 30 times

I have 999 pennies in the donation machine and the achievement won't unlock. Similarly I have played the shell game in excess of 200+ times and the blood donation machine in excess of 100+ times (I actually counted to make sure) and yet the achievements still won't unlock.

I have tried going to Stats > Secrets to trigger it to unlock but that doesn't work.

Does anyone have any idea why they won't unlock? These are literally the last achievements I need and it's infuriating!

Any help would be much appreciated!

Do they not unlock in game or just not count as achievements on your profile?

They aren't unlocking in-game unfortunately. Any ideas?

I've heard of people watching the intro in full and it can trigger unlocks, if that doesn't work I'd suggest just alt f2'ing on the stats screen to resync achievements, that's all I can think of, hope this helps.
