Report a translation problem
MissingHUD2 is the only tool showing data for Rebirth/Afterbirth. There's no alternative.
Later, after AB+ came out, it got implemented officially into the game and was renamed FoundHUD, as a reference to its original name.
MissingHUD2 and FoundHUD are the same thing, one is the original external tool, the other its official implementation into AB+.
Basically, on Afterbirth, you either use MissingHUD2 or forget about seeing your stats while playing. No other option.
If you have AB+, just open the options menu and enable the FoundHUD option.
If you don't have AB+, google MissingHUD2. It's a program. Install it, run it with the game.
