SteamLink either crashes or disconnects frequently

I have my bit rate high and low. I try to play games with Steamlink and either it crashes or disconnects frequently.
Windows 10
1070
Ryzen 5800X3D
Game Resonite
Wifi6 with a gig between router and PC.
I haves used the previous build, current build, and beta. Sometimes this feels so unstable and useless. I am getting fed up with the constant debug.
