I run Linux on PC so I hope controller support doesn't stop them right away, but even so, we can make our own controller template :)

Weird.
Well the good news is it seems developers do allow Linux users to play, if that Deck really is running Linux and not Windows.

In that case, it's a matter of time before it starts working on Linux PCs, I'm sure we can knock this bug out with time, I've seen community fix way worse issues

Runs on the LCD Steam Deck. 60 FPS in the tutorial but in game with everything low and FSR2 performance is still not very playable.

But I do confirme it doesn't work on the OLED ones. My brother tried it. It crashed right after the in game Launch button.

SHOULD be an ez fix if it already works on one type of Linux setup, its all a matter of time

It's the second game this has happened. Metal Slug Awakening works great for my LCD version. But it doesn't work on OLED. Also crashes right after the launch button. https://www.protondb.com/app/2963870

Linux is currently not supported. And Steam Deck is also not supported at the moment, but we will start considering how to port it.

People on Deck have reported it works there, it has worked on all the closed playtests so far. Calling yourself "Cross-platform" without supporting Linux systems and MacOS in 2024 is just nonsense.
