ABUSSIVE PRICE FOR A OLD GAME
is ridiculous and abusive, an old game of these, even being extraordinary and one of the best in pixel ever invented yet is expensive, developers will not take action so early because they want profits, and this is where the game is affected

What does abussive mean?

you do know they've developed three massive DLC (might as well be fully-fledged games) for free right

How people make these kinds of posts unironically is beyond me.

I remember when companies made new games to sell in order to be able to make other games to sell to make other games etc. But yes, it is easier to just price jack and hope newcomers make blind purchases! Why do more when you can hope for twice what your product was originally worth, just because? And why wait to fulfill your initial product promise before pricejacking as if it's fulfilled and now gone beyond the scope of that initial promise? Just pricejack!

Ah Shovel Knight, your blissful remembrance of my youth with your innocent launch package was quickly embittered by the same people that provided that return to better gaming times.

Someone doesn't get the point of Kickstarter. If 26 pages won't convince you, I guess nothing will. Oh well.

The point is to get money for a game vision you want to complete and deliver that in that package, you should probably take that to the thread on this specifically though, I'm not looking to derail OP's thread here.

I thought the point of kickstarter was to keep them alive while they made the game. Since they got extra expenses, they could do extra work. They still need to get paid for that work too. Do you have any idea how much it must've taken to make such awesome DLC's? It's okay if you don't want to support the company, but they're far from greedy, considering how many people got the DLC's for free.
Spectre Knight Dec 19, 2017 @ 1:59pm
this game is roughly 45mins -1 hour of going to work i think thats fair, 3 (soon to be 4) DLCs wich triple the game time could easly made this game $35 dollars

I don't know where you're from, but the minimum wage is around 10/hour in the US. I'm willing to bet that most Steam users don't make 2.5 times that. lol

Did the price knock you down and steal your lunch money?
