Game minimizing itself in fullscreen

Game minimizing itself in Fullscreen mode. When i turn it on or on launch. I can delete config.dat and start it in window but I want to play in fullscreen. Steam cache check is normal.

My system - Windows 10 x64 last updates, Geforce 980Ti with 373.06 (latest) nVidia drivers, ASUS Rog Swift Monitor 2560x1440 resolution. ESET ativirus, tried to turn it off, nothing changed.

Funny thing, some resolutions are not minimizing in fullscreen, but it changes with time! So first I was playing 2560x1440 fullscreen no issues. But everything was to small so I set it to 1280x720 fullscreen - no issues! Next day I'm launching the game and it's minimizing! Deleted config.dat, set it 1280x720 fullscreen again - minimizing again. Set it to 1920x1080 fullscrenn - no issues! Next day launching game - minimizing again! FFS, why it is changing behavior?

I have the same problem (2560x1440), on start the game has windows default mouse pointer overlayed over the in-game pointer. When i click anywhere it minimizes. Than i have to Alt+Tab to fix it.

I have to do that exactly 3 times every time I start the game. Only after minimizing itself 3 times in a row when I click on the main menu, will it then behave normally. (1080p)

This is fixed in the Experimental Branch that is currently available.
