dealing with the same issue. love the game but always freezes and/or crashes after 20 min of play. Tried messing with resoultion, windowed mode, turning off programs and wifi, but nothing has worked. Really impact the game. I want to play through but have only got through 1/4 of ep 2 cause of the freezing.

I'm having the same issues! It's annoying... I also tried to change the settings, but it keeps closing and crashing when it's going to save.

When will people realise that its not the game but the Mac causing the crashes and errors? Dont buy a Mac if you intent to play games. Every forum on steam is full with ppl complaining about their games on Mac's and nearly everythime they blame the game/developer... lol.

Its annoying hearing everyone say how♥♥♥♥♥♥mac is. However you are wrong, maybe you ♥♥♥♥♥ about mac sucking at gaming, because you can't afford it. It doesn't matter if yours cost half as much as mine and runs twice as well. Because honestly people don't buy macs to game they buy them for school, or work, or some of the sort with some gaming in between.

If a publisher offers a game for Mac and I pay for it, it is supposed to work. It is as simple as that. Please don't start a general discussion about Mac and Pc. As a matter of fact, TWAO crashes a lot on Mac and this has to be fixed asap!

I have a Intel Core i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00GHz your argument about money is childish and invalid stop being a fanboy and accept the fact that games on Mac in general just dont work as good as they do on Windows.

Its like buying a Luxary car and use it in offroad racing and then complain about the fact that your car cant handle it.. You buy a Pc that is not intented for gaming.. use it for gaming anyway and than complain to the developers that their game does not run well on you mac..

Are you serious? For the first this is a thread for the developers to see, so that maybe they can fix the problem. Because if there is a problem the developers usually fix them.. And for the second you are the one who is childish! You came here just to say that we that play on mac are stupid and don't get to complain/ask for help when a game doesn't work. Because a mac isn't built for gaming? Well yes, Mac isn't build for gaming. However it works very good for the most games that are available for mac! And in only two games have I experienced that the game crashes on me. Mac and PC are two differnet computers and that's it. However there are games that mac users can play and it works the most of the time. But when there is a bug/problem we inform the developers so they can try fix the problem, so as any other humen do when there is a problem with the product. Doesn't matter if you use Linux, PC, Mac, phone or even if you baought a table. You tell the developer/table maker waht the problem is so that they can fix it. So go play your games and don't come here and seek attention by starting a Mac vs PC discussion!

If you really wanted to help the developers you would've gone to the Telltale website and reported you issues on their forum... you know "the-place-the-developers-accually-will-read-your-complains-and-contact-you-to-figure-out-a-solution." But no, like a true mac user you go to the steam forum to publicly complain about the game not working proberly. And flip out at the first cynical reaction you get. lol.

Again you're acting childish. I never said you were stupid, you made that up.

If that was true the internet wouldnt been full with Mac users complaining all the time.

Again, dont buy a luxary car if you go offroad racing.

Well since developers have answered my and others threads about a problem in the steam forum earlier. I tought it would work on the telltale's steam forum too..

Is anyone moderating this forums? DGFCs comments add nothing to the discussion and should be removed.

I'm having the same problems on my mac, getting disappearing characters, disembodied heads and those crashes when saving. I'm having the game installed on an external drive, not sure if that could be an issue here.
Lukhje Dec 27, 2014 @ 5:53am
Can you delete comments? Well I don't know, I just have problems with the game crashing after about 20 minutes.
axxxman Dec 27, 2014 @ 5:58am
Have you tried to right click the game in the library => properties => Local game files => verify

I'm trying this now, and it found one corrupted file which will be re-downloaded. I hope that fixes these issues.
