hmmm can't get episode 3

ok ok ok but why i can't play episode 3? i jsut can't download it no option, nothing in here (poland here) how can i get it ?

Try verifying the integrity of the game cache.

how do you do that?

Right click the game, click properties, go to the local files tab and click verify integrity of the game cache. It basically just forces steam to recheck whether you have all the files.

ok found it, did it, restarted steam and nothing have changed, still steam doesn't seem to find episode 3 i mean, like there is no such thing for it

mmm strange. I went to have a look at the official forums and it seems you arn't the only person having the problem. The only official responce I have seen suggests that you make sure that the game is set to always update. Other than that I am not sure what else to suggest.

ok thx though, I've seen that info too and that's why I'm writting here hopping somebody already solved it otherway. ehh ok I'll try to do smth else then

I've been struggling with the same problem for two weeks now. There seem to be quite a number of people experiencing the same thing, still nothing really seems to work for me, even the solutions proposed by the telltale staff over at their forum didn't change anything about it. As sad as it is, after having struggled for two weeks, I've just given up and moved on to other games that work like they're supposed to.

in some rare cases verify integrity wont work properly -- ive seen broken installations that pass the verification


game isnt that big, so id try uninstall- reinstall

there is one sollution. if u log in on the steam store you can "buy" the game for free which makes steam to download next episode, i've heard, didn't check it because somehow my steam suddenly noticed third episode for itself
