Meta Item Storage and own Houses
Hello Community,
Dear Game Devs,

While playing the game I often came across valuable items I wouldn't use because they were for the wrong class but would have wanted to keep them somehow for a different character. If I put in the work of grinding items, forging items and collecting gear, I would appreaciate the option to store items in a seperate location other than my character inventory.

If there would be an option to store items somewhere that can be accessed by all local characters a player could use a cool Rogue item he found with his Warrior to his second character that is actually a rogue. And also a player could keep items that he later plans on giving to his friends when they play a multiplayer game.

Considering the importance of the Multiplayer-Experience it would be of great necessity to be able to store and trade items between characters.

A possibility would be a limited storage in the player's own house that he can put items in. This would add a house to the town and make it more "towny" and give a logical explanation to where the character actually lives and hails from. Also it would open up much more possibilities like upgrading houses, decoration and renovating them, building them up from small sheds to big castles by collecting materials all over the world and so on. Then, in a Multiplayer Game, the Hometown is randomly generated and all the houses of the Players in the Game are placed a some point of the town. There are even more possibilities but I think it is enough for now.

Thanks for reading, keep up the good work,
TheSillyGenius

I've also noticed that the lack of somewhere to store items other than your inventory is a hassle. Especially when I find great items for other classes. The sort of situation that M!tCH explained here:

Having some sort of house or building would make the game seem more like an rpg. In the beginning you just seem to be thrown into this new world with a odd history lesson. If that could be moved to a school initially or possibly in your own house while you're at a desk reading it (in which you could revisit the book), it would be great. Although it's just a suggestion, I believe that M!tCh is on the right track with these thoughts. Keep going!

Ok right I see you are giving ideas and things. Almost everything you are saying is in development. If you look at the fora/twitter you will see the wip.

I was told by the devs via twitter to give my feedback in these discussions. And going through lentgthy searches through two different forums exceeds my time limit. Having two discussion platforms seems rather complicated, not only for the users. And unfriendly answers won't help getting more players to share feedback.

Do you really think my answer is an unfriendly answer? If so, please leave this forum and never get in touch with people again, people are free to give their opinions about something else if they want too.

2nd, I think creating one topic for each new 'feedback' suggestion is time exeeding and unnecessary. Oh I also refer to 5.

3th, They have multiple platforms and it is not complicated at all in my opinion.. Ok, not worth talking about because it has no sense to you.

4th, this is a voxel-based RPG still in development. I think they have plans to create storage abilities. From the kickstarter concept you were able to build an house. If you think logically you would know things are still to come or things are still wip. Take a look at the gamefiles for example, you already told us about your 'random quest' suggestion. Quests will be there, 100% sure about it. The game files say so. There is no roadmap but if you watch the twitter and video's you will see where this game is heading.

5th, try to create multiple worthy suggestions in 1 topic. This is just spamming. I think everybody does agree. There are topics popping up from the same guy over and over giving already existing suggestions.. sorry man.

Have a nice day,

Jeroen
