I see #2 on the map but when I'm in the room i can't seem to find it. Anyone got some tips??

You need Tesla Staff (raygun :P) for #2.

Anyone knows where i can find #16 #24 and #28?

#16 is in the Library. Screen to the left of the Chapel. Go down where the 4 blocks are and blink to the right of the screen passing the wood wall.
#24 is at the left side of the Golden Bull screen. Just use your cloak in the blue area to get some height and go to the left, you will find a small tunnel there leading to the scroll.
#28 Remember the Chandelier room after you exit the 'Hamster wheel' area? If you are in the chandelier room, you can go from a chandelier to a ladder and go up to a theater room, or instead, go to the right and use the other 2 chandeliers to get to the scroll. Chandelier room, top right.

I had hard times finding out how to pick up #27 so here's what I did:

Go where #27 is written on Ofca's map (where you have to put some trashes into the machine to make a ball) then follow the path all the way down, then up to follow the creation process of red/blue walking spiders until you arrive were they are throw in an eletric bath (at this point they are not complete yet).
There, stay on the elevator on the left of this bath and after a while you'll eventually manage to throw a spider above the bath, where you can walk.
Push it all the way to your right and try to slowly put it on the button. It'll unlock a way on your left where you can find the scroll.
If the spider is stuck and can't enter into the small passage, try to blink on it to unlock it. After that be careful not to push it to fast or it will avoid the button.
