I was really looking forward to Risen 3, but after playing it, I have to say I’m disappointed. The movement in the game feels extremely clunky. I feel like it’s even worse than Risen 2. The controls seem less responsive and awkward to manage, which is surprising because Risen 2 was already a step down from Risen 1 in terms of movement and combat fluidity. The most frustrating aspect were the accidental dodge rolls triggered by double tapping a direction, which happened to me far too often.

The attack speed is painfully slow, which makes combat frustrating rather than engaging. It’s hard to enjoy any fight when you're forced into sluggish, poorly timed movements.

You can't really face enemies without relying on a companion. Enemies are placed everywhere in overwhelming numbers, making it feel like a constant spam rather than thoughtful encounters or strategic battles.

Fun game enjoyed it very much!!

Years ago i played this, when i had a pirate hat on, and i really hated it. Now after playing elex and elex 2 i have to say, its a pretty fun game. Sadly now that the studio closed down we won't get a sequel. We need more pirate rpgs.
