Truly invalid cd key

after buying battlefield 2 this past sunday I found that my cd key was invalid. after trying all the fixes i contacted ea and they said the cd key was invalid. what gives?

Did you buy it here on steam or onEA's site Origin??? If you can prove to EA that you bought it then I'd have to think they have to help you in some way one or another.

adding x9392 in regedit fixes this for me

I bought it on steam and showed them the receipt. They shrugged and said oh well pretty much.

I guess you could call thm money ♥♥♥♥♥♥ or find a lawer. Both would make sence and th eforst one wouldn't be a lie. The second one... well its a lawer
