Any tutorial on how to make enemy Ai shoot you?
Right know I am trying to find a tutorial on how to make an enemy AI shoot you but with a limited range of you getting spotted, my game is like a hotlime miami game just with my own twists and I would like to know how to make enemy AI almoust like hotline miami.

I'll try making a simple example for you as soon as possible

Edit: Less than one day and it will be finished it's taking a bit long time because i'm very busy with other stuff

thanks, i don't intend using path finding since I am pretty new and no skilled enough so far.

just saw the file, works very well for my project thanks, I will look in on how you did it so I can learn in a way to do it somewhat the same.

I know this post is a bit old now but there is a better way of doing the Enemy movement (360 direction movement) the movement i showed you on in the example was a bit rushed so i used a normal custom 8 direction movement so i'll make another example that does contain a 360 direction enemy movement

Thanks man you really made my day and as I said to you I will provide you with the better example after 15 days if nothing goes wrong

And a reminder it isn’t path finding AI it’s a normal enemy AI that is similar to old games like The legend of Zelda a link to the past and it has 360 movement , collisions, range and line of sight detection all with optimized “code” that can work on all platforms supported by clickteam with no use of extensions at all

Also if you want path finding AI there is a lot of free examples on the internet that use the path finding extension and ones that use custom programming with no extensions at all so I recommend you go for these ones and it will be better if you read an article about path finding AI and how it works and all to be easier for you to understand these examples especially the ones that use custom fusion programming

Ok I just realized that there is a problem with the collision system of the enemies of being demanding on really slow machines and it's just some bunch of useless programming put in the enemies movement and collisions anyways I will provide you with the fixed one really soon like 3 days at max if everything goes well
