Report a translation problem
While yes a new OS can cause game problems for anyone, again I reiterate it tends to favor the AMD design for cpu's over the Intel ones, as for stability. I have an Intel system here, and while it may seem it crashes twice as much, it also runs twice as fast... so - SAVE OFTEN :)
1: Set SC4 to use only 1 core, for multicore CPUs. In short, the game can't handle multi-core support.
Find the game in the Steam Library, right click and select properties. Click the option "Set Launch Options" and add the following into the box:
-CPUCount:1
2: Install a fix for an issue that causes a CTD when a Puzzle Piece (most commonly part of the NAM) is hovered over a TE (Transit Enabled) lot. Find that here:
