how do i seek a refund?

Contact Steam Support and they'll give you a refund, if they don't you can go to your bank and get them to do a chargeback

Try capitol letters on ur login and password and for god sakes dont press the wrong button when the download is finished u have to download again pain in the ass but there it is

Be very careful following this guys advice; It's quite clear he's not the sharpest tool in the shed. If you start making false chargebacks then expect to get your steam account banned and your bank pissed in the future.

Mate I know how you feel i brought it and i couldnt get on until about half hour ago and then when i logged off and then i came back on i couldnt even find any servers its broken and when i did find a server i clicked on it and it just black screened doing nothing urrrrrg and the game is so good aswell :(

is the game actually good? if it is then i will give it time to sort it... I just feel right now that i've thrown money down the drain.. just frustrating, not sure what they expected...

Normally betas do work, and this one does, just not for everyone. But, it shouldn't be a big surprise and turn-off if it doesn't. It's expected there should be problems, and if one of them happens to stop you from getting in-game, that's just unfortunate and it would be best to post your problem here for the devs to know and fix as soon as possible.

The game is very good. Just don't go into it with the mindset of "this is totally going to be a WarZ" because that will ruin the fun and cause you to really believe it is another WarZ, which it isn't.
