That said, does it display this somewhere? I had to suss that out by watching carefully, but for some of the esoteric ones like Melee3 I'm guessing it must and I missed it
Anyway:
Recycling x3 = Low chance for a Modification box
Tracking Missilie x3 = Leaves flames upon hitting
Destruction x3 = Triggering has a chance to drop extra xp
Crit x3 = Base damage +20% on a crit
Light Machine Gun x3 = Repelling bullets +2 Penetration
Really feels a lot less daunting for me to work on compiling when others have pitched in (plus idk if I'd have figured out how to make it display the effect without your post).
Will prolly log a few more today
Armor Pierce x3 = Removes negative effects of Armor Pierce
Bouncer x3 = Reflect deals area damage
Duration x3 = This weapon's duration is increased by 1.5x
Energy x3 = Annihilator charge +2
Enlarge x3 = This weapon's range is increased by 1.5x
Knockback x3 = Each Knockback increases damage by 5% (not sure what this one means, tbh? If it's stacking debuffs on specific enemies, I'm not really seeing the impact)
Mini Mine x3 = Mine Range 200% and starts moving
Put this into a table in a guide so it is easier to read.
And about Super Mods, some lose the negative effect completely, some just half it, I think Projectile and Pierce were only ones reducing by half.
That would be awesome! If you can let me know which ones, I will make the correction on the guide. I didn't try super size and super armor pierce. Regular armor pierce's bonus effect was probably more useful, especially for 1st girl's final boss.
For elementals
x3 Burn, Shock and Corrosive = Effect increases by X
and I will note here, this restores old Corrosive before nerfs - and it was supper strong.
x3 Frost - stops enemy movement
x3 Shrapnel - Turns into rockets (has small AoE, no guidance unless you have Tracker)
x3 Armor break - ignores enemy invincibility (didn't always work when I tried it but I only tested it once)
x3 Eliminator - converts enemy projectiles into allied projectiles (Like Lightwave A - Defensive module - PS try this with Black Hole weapon on Luna's Stage to melt final boss)
x3 Recharge - gives +2 maximum Annihilator charges (Tested)
x3 Projectile speed - damage for every 1 projectile speed you have (this one breaks some weapons in fun way)
x3 Super Mods are actually correct, checking text now all halve the negative effects
x3 Bouncer = "reflect causes area damage" - and from my testing I know it's an additional explosion when projectiles collide with edge of the screen.
What is Shrapnel called in game?
Yes, projectile Speed is the Engine mod - this is what I get for not checking titles, just decriptions.
Cluster Bomb - is the one that creates shrapnel
By default, there is not, but you can Unlock it under a tab called "Special" in one of the upgrade sections
