Bloomtown - Report a bug, issue or typos

If you encounter any bug or issue while Bloomtown, you can report it to our team!

Before reporting your issue, if you haven't done it already, you can verify the integrity of your game file.

To do so:

• From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties
  
• Select the Local Files tab and click Verify integrity of game files
  
• Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes
  
• If you've verified your game files and still encounter the bug, please open a ticket through {LINK REMOVED}our Bloomtown customer support service.

Alternatively, you can also report bugs and typos via our {LINK REMOVED}Discord server.

Please include the following information in your report:

• Your machine specifications
  
• The version of the game you're playing
  
• When and how it happened
  
• Screenshots of your issue if possible
  
• The log file after the game glitched (instructions below). Please keep in mind that the game rewrites the log every time you start the application. So, if you restarted the app after the glitch, the log with the error was wiped.
  
• The save file (if bug related to your save).
  
• As much in-game information as possible and anything else you can think of
  Please be as detailed as possible in your ticket. The more information you provide, the easier it'll be for the team to figure out the problem and fix it.

Where is the save file and my log file?

• You can find your save/log files in the folder:
  C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Different Sense\Bloomtown a Different Story\
  
  or just
  
  %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Different Sense\Bloomtown a Different Story
  in Explorer window
  
  
• The log filename is "Player.log".
  
• The save files look like: "auto1.dat", "auto2.dat", "auto3.dat", "act1Save.dat", "dungeonSave.dat", "morningSave.dat".
  
• So you can attach latest save file or just the whole folder contents in archive.
