Are twitch prime drops not working?

Been a couple days, im 99% sure my smite 2 is linked properly, but the drops arent appearing.

Anyone got a thing i should double check?

Edit: I triple checked and after looking at screenshots, realized i had signed in to my PSN account (which is linked to my PC hi-rez account, which is linked to my steam - PSN is where i started and technically 'my main') and not my steam account.
Restarting the linking page and signing in on steam after unlinking my PSN and twitch allowed me to RE-LINK them to my steam, and upon logging in to the game i received my twitch drops.

Your Hi-Rez account is only for SMITE 1. All linking for SMITE 2 is done on https://link.smite2.com

I believe so? It shows my twitch user name and the buttons says "show codes" rather than "connect"

Hrmm, yeah, looking at your account, I do see a linked Twitch account on the SMITE 2 side. I've also confirmed that the Twitch drops are not stuck on your Twitch account in our database. I've added you as a friend on Steam so we can debug this.

I'd like to say, needing to link to my smite 2 account separately after already having my hirez account previously linked was definitely not a very kino move, but I ended up figuring that out to get my bellona skin

was there some sort of conflict that made you guys not able to use the old hirez accounts for smite 2? also sorry to necro the thread

Yes, unfortunately, the systems are completely incompatible, as SMITE 1 was an unscalable architecture built over a decade within Hi-Rez, while SMITE 2 uses a scalable architecture developed by RallyHere. We had to do a bunch of extra work to support the Divine Legacy linking process, but if you take a look around the discussion threads here, you'll see just doing that has introduced several issues that often require players to log back into SMITE 1 to resolve. Definitely not an ideal system for players, but it's the best we can do at present.

this is the exact link that I used multiple times and nothing seems to work. It clearly shows I merged it when I log in through steam via that link but it doesn't ever hit the account and it still says I have to connect on twitch

Ugh, I'm sorry that it's being such a pain, I know how frustrating these issues can be. I talked with the RallyHere developers and they said your Twitch account may have an expired authorization token stored in their system. I have unlinked your Twitch account, can you please connect your Twitch account on https://link.smite2.com again then log into SMITE 2? Hopefully that fixes it!
