The Schützen are the Landwehr/Landsturm. Think that's even mentioned in their description.
Okay fellers thanks, I didnt know Landwehr were basically a home guard. But still, anything you know about the distinctive uniform they wear in 1914 level?

so after more researching i found out some stuff
their headgear is called Wachstuchmütze (oil cloth cap) which is derived from a shako base from the unification wars with a golden state plate and below a Reichs-Kokarde
About their uniforms:
They seem to be wearing Model 1903 grey Litewkas (since the large cubical red collar patches)
For their webbing they carry what seems to be M1887 pouches. since they are reservists their gear is very outdated

The 1915 and 1916 outfits are also rather interesting and feature rare ww1 equipment
The 1915 outfit has the soldiers wear the Gaede helmet ( a predecessor of the german stahlhelm ) and the 1916 outfit presents the lobster body armor (sappenpanzer) which were more common with the stormtroopers
