I think Verdun should have a permanent price cut
To see if that bring new player in.

I don't think that will help. Verdun is better and more popular than Tannenberg, so why should it be the one with a price cut? Honestly, I don't know what would help the numbers. I've seen the trailer for the Italian front of course, but I don't think that will help.

Perhaps the devs should consider a single player campaign. Multiplayer-only games die when their player count drops, but single player is forever. I remember this game called "The Trench", where you'd play as a Frenchman just prior to the Battle of Verdun, and depending on how well you did your missions, the Battle would dynamically get easier or harder. I can only assume it died in development, as I never heard word of its success. Something like that would make fighting hordes of Verdun bots actually worthwhile. They could even let a squad of players play the campaign together. Sounds fun to me anyway.

This game should be F2P ngl

Trouble is, how would the developers monetize it in a F2P model? I feel like, if the game went that route, people would play Heroes and Generals instead, as that game has vehicles.

I don't know, could maybe do cosmetic items.
They should honestly just combine Verdun, Tannenberg and Isonzo into one big game and sell that game for like 40 - 45 bucks or something. Most people would be more willing to buy, I'm sure. That game would have much more content overall compared to just one game per front and the playerbase wouldn't be split up.

It would still split the player base up as it's different game modes, it would also split the playerbase up as the game stops getting support and quite likely has the multiplayer servers ended.
