Server Timeout / Disconnect

just bought the game and want to play it with a friend but I always got a timeout with Firewall turned on and off ( EU servers )
pls help

Make sure your internet and firewall is ok. It's not devs's problem, just yoour connection to server is too terrible.
I can still get 160ms ping even i'm from China.

This is not the only game that im playing dude ... cant connect with firewall on / off ... my other 200+ games are doing fine ^^

You can try to ping their servers. Their eu server are in Netherlands. In some cases, different rooms can have huge ping difference to me.

Normal Ping on EU West server is 11
