fixed heavy mg positions
if there where emplacements along the line where maybe at an nco's discretion could place a vickers or maxim or maybe even a browning 1917 30 cal it would definately give a whole new trenchline support feature that would in my opinion would be somewhat of a historicaly accurate feature aswell as a gameplay enhancer. please devs give this a read.

What would actually enhance the gameplay is removing prone and forcing people to move and not play passivly.

Not encouraging them to camp on fixed position

Interesting idea. Now, where there are fixed MGs in Tannenberg, implementation should not be that hard. But keep in mind, that most maps are not designed for that (imagine Champagne, lol). Believe it or not, but the maps have a special design to be balanced, without being symmetrical. So it is not that easy to place fixed MGs in a balanced way. And most important: the "community" is very allergic to changes nowadays... :steamsalty::steamsalty:

I'd suggest you post this idea in this forum ( https://support.ww1gameseries.com/ ) as it is easier to track and everyone can give his vote on that idea.

Please, keep the freedom. Problems fix themselves. The better team wins. People have to evolve their gameplay. Let them have their learning curve, a progression, improvement, making experiences.
When I was a greenhorn, 1300 hours ago, I was also lying behind the trees and using a scope, lol.

This was brought up countless times. And always it was said, "was tested, will not come".
