Verdun And MacBook
I bought Verdun for my Mac and haven't been able to play it: the game itself can be opened, but if I try to enter a game, it just takes way too much time to load, and basically I can't even move, it's always lagging, loading, etc...
Here's some information about my mac: its a MacOs Sierra; Version: 10.12.6; Processor: 2,5 GHz Intel Core i5; Memory: 4GB 1600 MHz DDR3; and Graphics: 4000 1536 MB.
Some have told me that to make it work well I need to purchase two 4 GB memory slots, so 8 GB... I would like to know if this is really what I need to do, because it would be very expensive. Is this the solution? Or is it the processor? Someone help please.
Thank you for your time.

It seems that you are not meeting all of the recommended system requirements. The Steam Store page has these for MacOs:

OS: 10.11+
Processor: Intel CPU Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz, AMD CPU Phenom II X4 940
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: Geforce GTX 960M / Radeon HD 7750 or higher, 1GB video card memory
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Storage: 12 GB available space
Additional Notes: Multiplayer only, make sure you have a stable and fast internet connection.

Memory: 8 GB RAM
Graphics: 4GB video card memory

So, you are barely scratching minimum requirements with a CPU that is somewhat out of date. I'm afraid that's where the performance issues come from.
