DEVS SHOULD ADD LEANING LEFT/RIGHT
How do we tell them that we need this? this is really useful in Close quarter battles

meh.
I'll just repost what I said on a similar thread not too long ago.

Eh I don't really see the point. Don't think it would add all that much to the game.

Leaning could be more effective if it was quicker than straight up peaking, but if it isn't it probably wouldn't do all that much as you're still presenting a fair portion of your body when you lean (or at least you should be).

Ultimately the safest and best way to clear a corner when you suspect a player is holding is to either just pre-aim and fire immediately when you peak or just jiggle peak to gain information. And given that most of the combat in the game involves bolt action rifles jiggle peaking is even more advantageous when you can bait out the shot and force the player to cycle their action allowing you a free shot on them.

I think its more natural than going left and right fast to hide and peek in corners. This game is the best already, leaning left and right would add to realism (not saying that this is super realistic)

no.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

no.
What do we lose if the devs add it anyways?
Nothing is lost but at the same time little is gained. There just simply isn't a need for it.
Then its better to have it then since u will not lose anything. It will add more movements to the game. Tbh a game that strives realism but cant even lean left and right. You could say that leaning is not necessesary on most games now but its a nice addition and will save u once in a while. I srsly wanna peek on trench corners without showing my whole body.

If the game was otherwise perfect I'd be fine with it being added. But as was stated above there isn't much benefit and when you factor in all the other issues this just isn't worth working on/adding at the moment. There are other things that take priority.

Except we do lose something, the time and money invested in it. Along with now more keys having to be bound to different actions, generally I've found games use Q and E for leaning, but we also have uses for them in game.

It also doesn't as pointed out provide you with that much cover and you will still be in a spot where people expect you to appear, with the area exposed still being 1 hit kill it doesn't help much.

useless...more speed needed coz game became boring and very slow passed and only thing that can add smt is to bring JS back
