Can´t start game, it want´s to update - but not updating

The game is in update-list, but not updating. I can´t start the game whilst it is so.

Tried reinstalling? Sounds like the Content Still Encrypted error to me though, so may have to reinstall. (Uninstall, restart Steam, and then reinstall)

If you own both Verdun and Tannenberg then you're going to have to reinstall both games. (Uninstall, restart Steam, and then reinstall both; starting with Tannenberg)
