Remove objective...
Whats the point to have objective when no1 play for it ? Matches is full of proners campin everywhere and only bots tryin to get inside trench....One more thing is that bs arty bots...Also whats the point to tryin to get inside trench if the bs arty bot can find u at once wherever u are.Thats why i said remove objective...Im sure none gonna miss it(talkin mostly of ur new vision playerbase). Squads balancing is one more thing. Was in matches several times full of arty squads or only gas squads, spammin gas everywhere makin game literaly unplayable. Ofc bots can see u everywhere and gas dont seems a problem for them. I can find and kill enemies throught gas too but what bots do is totaly unfair and unrealistic.
Btw...mg's are still broken-like most of proners...are u ever gonna fix that ? Is been like that more than a year and it is getting rly tiring.
Same goes to animations...it is proly at worst state ever and if JS was ridiculous, what can u call shootin the other way u lookin ? Not to mention some running animations which is totaly for laughs.
Im sure u agree thats not progress at all and all i can see is steps backwards. If i am wrong plz prove me the other way.

this game have very low player base , i play few time for month this year , for this problem you have talked ...........

Then play as an NCO and let people spawn on you while in the enemy trench. If you managed to get in without getting shot what doesn't mean people behind you wont get shot too.

Bots won't use call-outs unless the player calls-in first. And the players usually have binoculars. Also, the cooldown is bloody long as it is. Do you know how many times Stoßtrupp can call in gas? 3 times, in a 30 minute match, the third time being at the very end of it, then it's basically pointless.

Not true, first of all, they don't use gas masks, which means they'll die sooner or later. Second, their targeting range is decreased in the gas cloud, making them basically blind, if they have managed to survive in it.

Mg does seem to twich a lot while crawling, i'll agree on that. As a workaround, deploy it while crouching.

"Same goes to animations."
Third person animations haven't been changed since the early days, and probably never will.

3rd person aniatiions are broken for some MGs, as you said when you crawl they vibrate and sometimes when you run they'll be 30cm lower than they should be. but it has no impact on gameplay. (theyre not deployed when you see them ♥♥♥♥ around like that, and in 1st person nothing changes)

Pretty much, yeah. Seen the chauchat gunner a few times with his weapon levitating below his fists.
As for shacking, it reveals your position more if anything, since the landscape is pretty static, and the mg is the fastest thing moving around.
There is still the tendency for prestige level players to stack up in one team, leaving the other with mostly beginners.

The game needs REAL balancing system.

still, none of this is worth removing the objective.
yes, prestige players often stack in one team.
yes, a lot of em camp.
yes, MG animations are broken (been reporting this for months...)
yes, bots are pretty dumb (though OP complains about them rushing the trench to later complain about people not playing the objective)

but frontlines without the trench attacks and defense would be just an attrition-like gamemode with NCO callins. and it would suck.

I dont think thats true that they dont use gas masks. When i play solo with them i see many times bots with gasmasks^^
Btw if anyone think that Verdun has very dumb bots then you didnt play any other games with bots. Verdun has of the best bots from today games. Sure they are not top. But there are much worser and you can have realy fun with them

some of them use them, some of them dont. for some reason a lot of bots die because of gas, where players very veryrarely do.

its a feature and not a bug, i remember some noob asked for it and the devs were fine with implementing it. doesnt change much to the game

it was implemented because the gas call-in was completely useless in squad defense. remember, this was before bots were added to frontline mode.

the problem is this: you either weear a mask or you don't, which means you either die or you live completely unharmed. there must be somethign in between.

in my opinion you should still take soem damage if you remain inside a gas cloud, even while wearing a mask. kind of like barbed wire should only damage but not kill you. maybe auto-regen should be reconsidered as well.
I played for the first time in a longgg time today and I have to chime in and say I also found it kind of lame that all the real players tend to do is sit behind and stack kills. Kinda felt more like a shooting gallery than anything.

I'm not sure how I'd fix it really because I remember the last time I played (months? maybe over a year ago?) the player base was so low/all over the place it also sucked playing 8v8 frontline on these giant maps.

Maybe make it so the AI will only follow an officer played by a real person? So even if it is 8v8 real players they could each lead a squad of AI and have to lead them to the trench.

Praise devs who make the game more static than ever and remove every features that makin the game a bit chalenging....now game is total trash and as u said is nothing more than a duck hunting simulator...Not to mention how much broken the game it is atm and only some1 whos not playing cant see it

youre kidding? verdun right now is not broken.
it has a few annoying bugs, but in the past we saw players literally spawn in front of our bullets, fly in the air for no reason, desertion zones not working...

now we have MGs that wiggle when you move on the ground.

plz...If u r not trollin, u r not play the game....Game is broken af atm....Servers r laggy af, ppl complaining all the time, every f@#kin proner is bugged, half bots just standing and dont do anything, balance is not exists, weird lighting, bots hipfiring headshots, bugged spawns, bugged gamemodes, joke hitreg, and the list can go on...
