I believe its "goto" in console, followed by coordinates. A quick google search will give you the correct one, as well as a list of common locations like some of the plane crashes, the yacht, etc. To use the console don't forget to enable the developer mode on the main menu before starting.

His friend can use commands, he just has to enable console, unless host disabled this. (back when this thread was created the host couldn't disable it and everyone could cheat anytime they wanted)

And back then game was telling you coordinates when you pressed ESC, if I recall correctly it was removed and you need to check coordinates on forestmap website.

Shortly, OP could just tell coordinates in chat and friend could teleport to him

there seems to be no way as it currently stands, I'd do as Wariat117 suggested, have your local player turn on developer mode, then tell them your qdnts.
