About 16 or 17 hours, but I informed myself about game mechanics and paid attention to what damaged/killed me so I could improve at a faster pace.

Some people have looped in under 5 hours, others have played well over 200 and still haven't looped.

Average seems to be around 60 or 70 hours.
Not sure how many hours but it took me about two and a half months to loop for the first time.

I spent my first 10 hours playing as melted, I still kill myself more than the actual enemies do

Playing as Melting may not be the best choice for beginners as it doesn't give you much of a chance to learn past your first mistake of the run, but... at least it makes you much better at dodging.
Average is about 40 hours iirc

400 for make L6
I play on and off, but it took me around 50 hrs. I actually didn't even know you could loop for a while, and would end every run by killing the throne. :vlambeerPlant:

I think road to b-skin upgrades your dodge skill overall, keep at it :steamhappy:

The reason I usually fail is becuz I hold onto weapons like the crossbow in areas like the frozen city

It can work cause it one shots most of stuff, but getting attached to weapons does get you killed

Yes it one shots but it also fires sorta slow and those enemies tend to be fast

You only really gotta aim the wolves, cause yeti's are passive when not charging at you. And if they do charge at you, aiming just in their general direction is fine.
You could really use it if you have trigger fingers
Crossbow's fine in the Frozen City. And with Trigger Fingers it's actually excellent.

You just gotta shoot enemies from a distance and not put yourself in unnecessary danger.
