Mission 10 Defend
Okay so I got the game a couple of days ago and I reached mission 10 wich is defend (mind you having a blast all the while) AND THEN BAM. BUG
Jeanstealers keep spawning to jack my Levis but the don't actually do any Levi stealing.
Meaning the genestealers spawn but that's it.
In the begining they did move up up to a certain point but then they just started to pile up near their spawns and sit there.
Anybody got any ideea what is this about?

Space Hulk: Defend Mission
I'm having trouble with this one, I've run into a glitch, that basically makes all the genestealers calm (i.e they won't move or attack). The problem, is that they simply stay like this until I march either Gidieon or Claudius up to kill them, then the genestealer always kill them without fail. The only other way to make the genestealers act normally, is to not enable overwatch on any of the Terminators, and face them the wrong way. If I shoot them with the bolters, I'll still get frustrated because it'll just work out by: shoot, undo, shoot, undo; until who knows how long. Has anyone else had this problem? And ideas on how I could fix it?

i have this same problem but it dose mean you can get the achivment that gose with it just takes ages i through it was new tactics to stop us camping , i had to shoot twice then overwatch every BA with a line of sight (forgive spelling please)

I know, the only other problem is that eventually, the 'stealers simply hide behind corners at their spawn locations and then I have to send in my guys to get them. The terminators are slaughtered every time during the Tyranid counter-charge

Tried that, he's usually the first to die. Eventually (after an hour of grinding) I managed to beat the 'stealers. Thanks for responding

This just happened to me but I found that if I edge forward 1 square and go on over watch the stealers get tempted to come out. Then I can kill all of them that approach and move another step to tease the rest out. and repeat! Not the ideal solution however!

I just played this mission again and there is definitely something wrong with the stealer behaviour. I played that mission several times before and the stealers attacked as usual. There is some kind of bug in their behaviour now.

This is strange. Anyone know if there's somewhere we can tell the publishers/developers about this bug so they can fix it?

I've now heard about this issue quite sometimes and we've tried to recreate it here at the office more than 10 times...I can't get the Stealers to act that way, any chance someone can capture a shot video showing the issue via something like fraps...

The logs usually don't show any error at all

I think they tweaked the AI for this map in the Space Wolves release (1.4?) to make the Genestealers a bit less suicidal. Before, the easiest tactic was just to hole up in one of the rooms and wait for the Genestealers to walk into your hail of bullets. But now, you have to go and hunt them. Should make it a more interesting game, but I think the AI gets itself in a loop trying to decide between lurking away from the Marines and attacking
