For what it is, it's not bad, plays well, holds interest, has some tactical depth. Graphics are cute but very basic/limited. However what really needs improvement is the GUI text. The font used doesn't look good scaled up, and the game would really benefit from using icons to display hit points rather than text, anyway. Not the type of game I would spend more than a dollar on, from what I could tell from how far I played, anyway.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll think about changing the font and using icons instead of text in some places.

I like the idea that you can manipulate enemy movement with your penguin's behavior, but this feels like more of a puzzle game than a strategy game; there's no resource income, economy, etc.

I'm not sure why I should pick up gold. I saw a shop in the first level, but progressing through to the archer cats doesn't show me any way to spend it, so now I ignore treasure chests and go right for the door.

I would like to see levels where enemies with different behaviors are combined, so the player has to manipulate their movement and attacks in interesting ways.

Good luck with your game!

You can use the pause menu to go back to the home room where the shop is. I will consider adding "shop levels" so you don't need to stop adventuring to buy things.

I have already been doing some levels where the enemies with different behaviours are combined, and the randomly generated levels (available in full game) will have that kind of thing a lot.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback, I will take this into account while developing the complete game.
