Where do you input the DLC keys?

I own Hands Of Fate, The Last Laugh, and Lightning Strikes, but I can't use their features. Where do I input the keys?

If you get it to work let me know. Been trying all day on both market place and DCUO Redeem on website. Still no joy, keep getting e2012 error and redeem failed

I just went to the actual sony website, and redeemed my codes there. All of them worked :D

No joy for me. Might because it's the EU Version. Steam is selling the US Version so changing accounts makes the code invalid, well wasted money. No more buying extra's from Steam!!!!

goto the marketplace in game put the code in the redeem part and see if it works ok

Goto Library, right click on the selected game and select View CD Key. You'll most likely have to go through DCUO Support though, alot of people cannot redeem codes. Going through them myself. No more DLC for DCUO of Steam, will buy cash from the gameshop instead.

Yeah you're better off going to DCUO website then trying to get DCUO stuff through steam. Steam seems to have a problem with everything SOE.

Hey all, i'm just gonna post a reply I gave to someone 10 minutes ago that worked for me - as I was having an issue with applying steam DLC keys to the EU version via marketplace (and theres no option on website)

"did you try inputting your keys into the game via the MARKETPLACE-> REDEEM CODE option within the game itself, or did you just buy the DLC packs and expect them to work instantly?

I tried the latter (buying and hoping they'd work instantly) and sadly they didn't register, so i tried applying the codes via the marketplace.

If it doesnt work (which it may for some, didnt for me) go to the official DC Universe website (.com or .eu depending where you signed up) and submit a ticket via the SUPPORT page. You may not get a response instantly (I waited 4 hours) but it's the holidays and everyone will be busy doing as much as they can, but when you do they will ask you for your serial keys (proof of purchase, so you're not fibbing) if you didn't include them and mention what DLC they were for and will forward your Station Name (if you included) and Serial Keys, which will get replied within 7 days (what do you expect? its just gone christmas)"

i try to redeem the code from in-game marketplace and didn got the dlc pack =P...sending a mail to support team

Go to the websites home page, scroll down to redeem code, enter code, redeem

unless you're just using a steam gift card, better off purchasing from the ingame marketplace.. Back in the day it actually had the option to pay via steam, not sure if it does anymore.
