LaunchPad Error
"LaunchPad was unable to connect. Please check the network connection or try again later. If the problem persists, please visit http://www.soe.com/help for assistance. (1-0)"

Please help. This keeps appearing when I try to start DC Universe. I have visited the site and followed the instructions but it still keeps happening. If anyone knows why this is happening or can help to fix it, i would be very greatful.

Do you have an anti virus/firewall up? Sometimes that causes issues with the launch pad.

i already have exception for it

SOE should post an official patch fix thru steam, if they ignore this then they r blatantly telling steam users not to play this game along with a huge f u (thanks to the giant download & then it not working)

Hey got it to work. Just follow these Steps.

Step 1: Download the game from steam
Step 2: Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DC Universe Online
Step 3: Delete the Launchpad-user
Step 4: Open the Launchpad application and wait this may take 30 seconds

this solution should be stickied to all SOE games on steam that use this launcher...but guess SOE too lazy to do that

i found this solution yesterday late night & yea all i had to do was delete that file and launch the game through steam as usual

when i double click Ragional settings it just blinks on then off any help???

the launchpad-user file wont stay gone. how can i fix that?

This is driving me out of my mind -_- I disabled firewall, restarted router, disabled AVG, deleted LaunchPad-user... several times, downloaded the game through steam, and still nothing. Please help if you have had the same problem!

Everybody I Made a Guide just search it in the DcUniverse guides Remember to select the "Show All" Button on the top off the page .

i called them about this and they said it didnt work becuase my computer didnt meant the requirments

I just had that problem and came here to find a solution. Just a few minutes passed, I wanted to enter the game again, and it fixes only.
