How i can get "special project"?
Hi guys, how i can get this http://www.greenheartgames.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/9_labs.png ?
I have all researches/topics etc..

So my question is clear, what i have to do to get thit "fun room" and special project?

Design Specialist (you can also get a hardware lab if you have a tech specialist). To get a specialist you need 700 Design (or Tech, for the Tech Specialist).
