Screen flashing
I haven't played this game in about four months. In the meantime, I've upgraded my computer, had it break and had to fix it, etc, so I'm not sure if this is the result of a change in my computer (although this is the only game like this) or a game update.

When I start the game, the screen begins flashing. It's regular, like half a second of rendering, half a second of black screen. It also affects things like my mouse sensitivity and, if I do try to go into the game itself, my movements get really jerky, I'm thinking because it's only polling my mouse/keyboard on the rendered frames.

The game reports a solid 60FPS though (I have V-Sync on). This occurs in fullscreen or windowed, at any resolution, with or without V-sync. I don't know where to even go with this. Any help would be appreciated. Also, I'd show a video, but Shadowplay doesn't recognize/record it. Is that just related to the bug, or is that normal?

Afraid I must bump this up. I have received no help in any form. If there's any more information that is necessary, I'm willing to provide it.

Latest video drivers?
Adaptive V-sinc disabled?

Video drivers are up-to-date according to GeForce Experience.
Adaptive V-Sync is disabled in NVIDIA settings, tested game with no v-sync, normal v-sync, and adaptive v-sync in game settings, all to no effect.
Nvidia control panel all set to "use application settings", Experience not recognizing it in the list of games it can optimize.

Quick specs:

CPU: AMD FX-8350 8-core @ 4.00GHz
RAM: 16GB DDR3 @ 2.4GHz
GPU: NVidia GeForce GTX 660Ti
Resolution: 1920x1080
