Does PC-DVD retail copy come with steam-enabled code?

I can get this game a LOT cheaper at Best Buy when they open in 6 hours but I don't want to screw around with a disc. Can anyone confirm that the PC retail version has a code that will activate on Steam so I can toss my discs?

Probably. Most games do these days. I'd honestly be surprised if the disc is anything more than a Steam install.
