Is there any way for me to edit the game files so that the easy mode crutch gives me more money per day? Or a mod for it.

just only give food and heat on different days but never at the same time, you should save up some decent amount of money like this. If that can't fix it, i assume you lose money because of citations, in this case you can only practice to do the job better without losing money. Good luck inspector
