Can someone please help me. I want to make a mod that replaces goggles with Ricardo just like the meme. I dont care if someone does it for me or just steers me in the right direction i want to make this a reality

Unless you plan to use it in Multiplayer, this is largely pointless.

Bare minimum, it might be as simple as a texture replacement done in Paint, and you'd need a way into the .Res files. But I'm not a modder, so what do I know.
