I just played the game on Normal from beginning to end, and the achievement didn't pop up.

It is not Halloween weekend yet, it's just Friday, sorry to say, but you could try again tomorrow.

You can't blame me for being confused, considering Steam already has their Halloween Weekend sales up. Steam usually always starts their weekend sales on a Friday. Now I know the developers on this game isn't Steam, so the connection isn't there. But still, it was an easy assumption to make.

You'll have a Pumpkin on your head when it's the time. I don't know for sure, but I've seen a Japanese screenshot with the word "HALLOWEEN" on it, so I guess so.

I just played it and beat it. No Pumpkin head, no achievement. :p
