FPS drops

FPS drops from 60 to 50, 40, 30 or even 28, then returns to 60 or around that. It can around 45 FPS average. Only in some places at location fps =60 , it is place with minimum people and details. I dont believe that my pc specs is not enough for that game.
My system: i7 3770k, gtx 1070, 16gb ram

I'm also using DX11 nad still get the same crap as OP. I even have to run on 1080 and lower settings and still get absolute ♥♥♥♥♥ performance. It's unacceptable

I play dx 12 with and AMD card and I still got FPS drops with any settings for no apparent reason. Game is just baddly optimized OP , I hope after season finale IO will be adressing these issues but I doubt it.

To me i getting 10+fps with dx12, i have gtx 970.

I believe that it is the auto-save feature that causes fps drops. I disabled this setting and haven't gotten any fps drops since.

Good and probably very valid point (if you don't have your saves on SSD).

With DX12 I get 60fps, the only time I don't is sometimes in Marrakesh and Paris. I use a i7 7700HQ with a GTX 1060, both running at stock speeds. I also have 16gb RAM and it runs perfectly on ultra.
