Questions!!

Since I've been a fan of this series for a while, I'm curious with a few things 📋

💬 The writing dips its toes into adult orientated dialogue but feels filtered / surface level, will there be more steamy stuff than the previous games or is this something by choice that doesn't want to be explored?
It doesn't bother me either way but I wouldn't say no to more 'interesting situations'.

💬 Will there be an art book for this game too?
Much like The Ice Demon game DLC since I love looking at the process from start to finish.

💬 Will there be an implemented gallery section in the game where you can see scenes you unlocked as you progress?
Other games follow this trend but maybe its something that would rather be put into an art book if one gets made.

💬 Will there be more in depth lore around the series somewhere we can read?
I don't mind being spoon fed information through out the game but I have moments where I enjoy binge reading lore or character backgrounds.

💬 Is there going to be a form of a road map per say with the plans for how this game development stages go or is this something that rather remains unannounced?
I find setting time frames helps people have an idea to when to expect updates and what not but that's just me.

Love seeing improvement in the series and it keeps getting better and better! Excited to see what else is cooking behind the scenes. 💕

In the first 3 chapters that are currently available, there is no sexual content. Right now that's something I'm considering, as the text can easily go toward "adult topics" but is it really essential? There will be no explicit illustrations. I wouldn't want the game to be miscategorized as a sex game, since that is not the essence of this work at all. I'm considering adding a DLC/patch with more adult text and still have to research if that won't mess with the base game's age rating and visibility. I wouldn't want the game to be hidden from those who are trying to avoid porn games and placed in front of those looking for a porn game - that would be all wrong.

There are plans for an art book, most likely when the last chapter is published.

An in-game gallery is a possibility, I haven't done it before but might give it a try since it's something players are asking for. It's a feature that would take some time to code though.

I don't plan to publish any separate world lore myself, as I am pretty busy with writing the game. :)

There is a time plan for publishing the chapters at the bottom of the Steam page description. I should post it in the discussions as well, although dates may change and it will get updated. In between chapter releases, some content may be added or modified in the existing chapters. The last chapter will likely take the longest, as it needs to handle multiple endings and there's the additional work of finding voice actors, working with them and putting the voice lines in the game.

If I was captured and trapped against my own will in some creepy, abandoned village with other 7 suspicious strangers, without any proper resources, by some disturbing, arrogant demonic creature and being told that I can't leave for 7 days, and that at least 3 of these strangers can possibly kill me to eat my heart, sex will be the VERY, very last thing I would even think about. I think protagonist is in too much serious and mortally dangerous situation to even have time to think about stuff like that.

If you played the other games, they already had that content in it, albeit very very tame.
A good portion of the story revolves around the mention of sex so I'm not sure why it's an issue? Outside of it being seen as a porn game, yeah I get that.

Fascination ≠ Support
You assumed I wanted more sex stuff when I was merely curious whether or not if there's going to be more dialogue around that area. Followed by saying it doesn't bother me either way if it isn't included.

Everyone has a different approach to these tastes/fantasies, the creator said it 'could be' an option, depending on the complications.
I respect their choice either way. ❤️

That is fair, it has its flavor of suggestive dialogue which is nice to enjoy already. It doesn't have to be the main focus, I just know people like to have options when it comes to story rich games. They could even be bad endings that are hard / easy to obtain depending on the players choices. Just spit balling ideas :D

I'm no developer, so I don't know how ratings/visibility works and can understand if its not worth the effort to invest into haha

Oops I definitely must have overlooked the time frame on the steam page since I am use to seeing pinned topics that include road maps in the discussions tab.

I don't need "visual" sexual content, but the written content is definitely desirable for me. Like in the other games, my mind can easily conjure the rest. =)

But It's not you in this dangerous and weird scenario, it it? It's young heroin with the freaking demonheart in her chest that makes her borderline immortal. And she can have a very different character depends on your choices. She can be conniving. Evil. Or simply dumb.

Sex too can be a lot of different things, not just something you do in safety under the blanket. It can relieve tension in weird situation. Or make it worse, why the hell not?

It's a roleplaying game. Making bad, wrong or questionable decisions is part of the fun. I want to ♥♥♥♥ around and find out. You don't? Cool. There will be an option for you to not do it, fosure. So you can stop criticizing someone else's choices in a visual novel now)

I wouldn't say that it's essential, but personally for me it's desirable for sure. No explicit illustrations needed. Your writing fills up the gaps between dialogues and visuals perfectly. I just want more of it, really :)

Like that little handholding scene with Ran? The writing was so lovely, I was almost heartbroken when it ended)

I just wanted to add, since I've been considering the adult stuff DLC, there are many possibilities for adding such content. At first I thought only to expand the text in the existing scenes. In the base game, there will be options to sleep with certain characters, but no explicit illustrations or descriptions. If the DLC only expands on the text of those couple of existing scenes, it would be a free patch. If I go all the way and add even more adult text to multiple chapters, it would be a paid DLC.

In any case, it takes work to create and set up a DLC and it needs its own bugtesting and maintenance. I have yet to see what content fits well in the game, how long it would all take with the existing workload, and what I'll be able to write.
