Large explosion at the hanger.

Of late, I have be seeing a large explsion near the hanger, behind the trees when I log into the hanger.

Does anyone know what this is? It looks interesting. Is it a bug?

There's game stutters happening in the game. Seems to happen mostly when someone calls a plane in during tank arcade battles. I ran a tracert and my ISP is flawless:
